2. Silicone material entity doll

The main component of silica gel is silica, which has stable chemical properties, strong adsorption capacity, good biocompatibility, non-irritating, non-toxic, and non-allergic to human tissues. It has good physical and chemical properties, and is compatible with gases and liquids. It can maintain its original elasticity and softness during the contact process without degradation. It is a fairly stable inert substance, can withstand high temperatures, can be sterilized, is easy to process and shape, and has a smooth feel. The hardness of silica gel can be adjusted to be the softest at 0 degrees and the hardest at 20 degrees. Silicone oil can be added to adjust the softness.

二. What are the advantages and disadvantages of TPE (SEBS) material and silicone material simulation doll

1. Advantages of silicone simulation doll:

(2) Material technology is more stable and has been used in many fields for many years;
(3) The silicone material is more suitable for making artificial textures and skins, making the doll look lifelike;
(4) Non-porous material, very hygienic and easy to disinfect;

(6) Silicone dolls are not easy to be dyed, oily, and deformed because of their material. They have a long service life

2. Disadvantages of silicone material artificial human doll:

(1) The cost of silicone dolls is very high due to expensive materials and molding techniques.
(2) It is hard and inferior in tactile skin.
(3) The ductility of silica gel is slightly worse, and it is more difficult to form than TPE.

3. Advantages of TPE (SEBS):

(3) TPE material has good elasticity and strong tear resistance;

4. Disadvantages of TPE (SEBS):

(1) Porous materials, the finished product is prone to pores and needs regular maintenance;
(2) Easy to dye, easy to deform, easy to produce oil, moderate life
(3) The body details and makeup are slightly inferior;
(4) The head is soft and cannot be used for hair transplantation;
(5) There is a big smell, ventilation can go.

3. Which kind of material is better for the real doll?

If you do not have high requirements for the appearance of the doll, but prefer a soft feel and have a limited budget, you can choose tpe dolls. If you have high requirements for doll makeup, but you want soft skin, you can choose silicone head + TPE doll. If you want more realistic and perfect makeup and don't care about the touch of your skin, you can choose silicone dolls.
